We’d definitely recommend bringing a wagon to make it easier to carry beach and pool gear, especially if you’re traveling with kids or have a lot to bring along.The home itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of room for all six of us to spread out and relax. Whether we were hanging out in the living area or enjoying meals together, there was more than enough space.The vacation rental management staff was also excellent—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Their communication helped make our stay even smoother. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The home was equipped with Xfinity cable and also Roku for other streaming services. The walk to the pool and beach area took just a few minutes. The home was located in a walking friendly area as well. Lastly, the property manager was very communicative. We will be back.

Perfect house with a great location. The house is very well maintained and equipped. The house faces the marsh, with no houses across the street for a more peaceful experience. Short walk to the community pool and beach access point. The beach has a gentle slope to the water and there are 2 pools, one for adults and one for families. I highly recommend this house.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and location... very clean and well furnished, etc. However, one guest bedroom downstairs had a mattress that was so unbearable that it made it impossible to sleep with another person in the bed. If one person moved, then it shook the entire bed.. it was so bad one person had to sleep on the sofa every night. this was disappointing given the price we paid for the home. We hope this mattress or bed gets replaced ASAP.

It was charming, had ample space of our family of four to relax and hang out together in the space, and was in a great location on the island. The pools on site were also great. We will definitely stay here again for future trips down to St.Simons!

Very nice townhome very close to pool and beach. The home has the essentials in the kitchen and bedrooms. A few critiques that would take this property to the next level: 1) The property only provides a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, among other essentials. The cost of providing more is minimal, but would be helpful. 2) Have a few board games, puzzles or a deck of cards for families. The only entertainment in the home is the TV. 3) the pre arrival email recommend we bring beach towels. We checked an extra bag to bring our own. The home had beach towels. The manager should more clearly articulate what the home has. 4) The mattresses feel cheap and are uncomfortable. You can hear the springs creak as you move. Others have mentioned this, and it appeared to be addressed by the manager as a subjective critique. The mattresses are bad. Invest it better mattresses. 5) upstairs floors creak quite a bit, which is loud downstairs in the bedrooms. This woke our kids, who were sleeping in the smaller rooms downstairs. 6) I requested early check in via text, but didn’t get a response until after the check in time had passed. Other requests were responded to more quickly.

It was nice to have everyone in the same area. This house is a simple 3 bedroom with large sofas.
