Really nice, clean condo.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this condo. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable with everything we needed (except for a washer & dryer, which there really enough isn't room there for them). We had a beautiful view of the swimming pool & enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location and super clean!

We enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting St Simons Island. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with paper and soap supplies. It is a great location for enjoying the local sites on St Simons Island. Restaurants, shopping, the pier, and some historical sites are within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We weren't looking (or paying) for luxury. Just a place that was clean, comfortable, and updated. This checked all the boxes. We were there 3 nights.

This is our favorite place to stay. It is always cleaned to perfection. We will definitely rent this condo next June. We loved being close to the pool. The small patio was perfect for our morning coffee and nighttime talks. The beach is close and of course the Village. The rental process is so easy. My only recommendation is to please have more dish cloths and dish rags available when you are there a week. I can’t thank you enough for making our stay so comfortable.

One of the best kept units we have rented out of many rentals over the past several years. Obvious that the owners take pride in their unit and keep it clean & well maintained. The location was perfect and the amenities many & varied.

We love your little condo. Cute and cozy. Appreciate the extras - nice towels, sheets, beach chairs, drying rack and well stocked kitchen. The pool is amazing and people are very friendly. We hope to return.

Jenni's condo was absolutely perfect! Beyond comfortable, amazingly clean, cute decor and everything and more than you would need. Beautiful view and location is the best, especially if you like to walk. It's a short walk to the village. It has restaurant's, shopping and the village pier view is spectacular. Could not ask for anything better! We loved our week vacation there and look forward to a trip back to St.Simon's next year...Thank you!

Jenni’s condo was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the pool, palm trees and moss covered trees. Real close to the entrance. Short walk to the village. Walked every morning to see the sunrise from the pier. Clean, very organized and well thought out.

We had a great stay. First time back to SSI since 2015. Jenni responded quickly to all communications. Condo was very nice.

All was as advertised and in working order. The location is convenient to shops, beach and restaurants. Jennifer was most responsive to a couple of niggles that cropped up. One of our better vrbo rentals. Jennifer is a terrific host and I would not hesitate to rent again.

We have been to SSI many times but never stayed at this complex or condo but was very pleased and would def stay here again. I’m a picky person and this place was very clean and had everything. Great location!

This location was perfect, only 1/2 mile away from the restaurants, and St. Simons Pier. Quite all the time being on the 2nd floor, many places to eat to make sure everyone's taste is satisfied. We did a day trip to Savannah, only 1.5 hrs away, make sure you take the Old Town Trolley, what a great overall view and history of the area.

The lock box was difficult, and I had difficulty locking it back up. I tried for over an hour and gave up. I left the key under the mat. I didn’t know what else to do I loved your condo. It was perfect for me and extremely clean. Would like to use it in the future.

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo. The owners make sure you have all the information you need in advance. Booking was a simple process. The condo is precious. It sits above the swimming pool which makes it so easy going back and forth. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Close enough to walk to the Village. I couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot. We will definitely be back next year.

Great place for a great price. The complex was very nice from the grounds to the pool. The unit was a great location. It was very clean and comfortable!

A beautifully maintained and equipped condo. Lots of space and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The tennis courts are well kept and we never saw anyone else use them. Plenty of sunbeds at the pools and never crowded. The owner was really easy to work with. Its in a perfect location with plenty of restaurants within walking/ cycling distance. We will definitely rent again.
