This property has two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs, both stocked with everything you need to whip up a great meal!  The upstairs living room includes a gas fireplace to keep you warm during the winter. The backyard is fully fenced in, and the gate can be opened to create one large space or closed to create two separate areas for pets. The yard also includes a fire pit, an outdoor shower with hot water, and some beach items for your use.brbrbrbrThe home now includes the entire downstairs apartment which is approximately 800 square feet and includes a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. If you have family members that prefer their space or cannot climb stairs, this home is the perfect option for you as they can walk right into the downstairs apartment without having to utilize any stairs.brbrbrbrThe best thing about this home is the location. It's just 1 mile from east beach. It's a quick 9-10 minute walk to The King and Prince, The Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and many other island favorites.
