Updated and clean, 2 full baths, modern townhouse close to Pier Village

This was our second time staying here. Love the location, the cleanliness of the condo and the family atmosphere of the property. Everything we needed was available as well as having starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap. Highly recommend this property and we will stay again!

St. Simon’s is lovely and this condo was just what we needed for a week long stay. The condo is clean, kitchen well-stocked, and all the amenities are wonderful. The drive to the beach is less than 10 minutes and there are lots of small beach access lots to park in. Yes, you can walk, but not with a lot of beach gear. Going to the village where there are shops, restaurants etc is within walking distance. Great stay!

We were asked to allow the realtor show the property during our stay. We agreed and made arrangements for the showing date /time. We received a message, on the scheduled day, notifying us the showing was rescheduled for another day during our stay. We felt this was very inappropriate as we were paying guests during that week. We should have been the priority for the week not showing the condo.The television downstairs was streaming services only. The guests have to use thier own streaming service accounts such as Netflix to watch the television. We like to watch local news and stations which wasn't possible.The pool code provided was not correct.The main bed mattress pad was not clean! It has visible dirt and large stains.

Love St. Simon's , the condo complex was very quiet, which we loved..kitchen was fully equipped, loved having the washer and dryer in the home..the space was great! Very close to the beach and the pier, will definitely book again!!

Great place to stay in St Simons!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped townhouse. We especially enjoyed its location within Ocean Watch - an end unit midway through the complex close to all its amenities. Parking in front of the unit was never a problem even during the busiest spring break weeks. The in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus during our 2 month stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very clean, except for the kitchen floor that needed to be washed. We had a little trouble getting our tv subscription service linked with the Roku tv but the property manager helped to resolve. The beds were very comfortable with an ample supply of extra sheets and towels. A few of the bed pillows could be replaced. The manual provided by the host included instructions and recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We found it to be very helpful. We hope to revisit in the future!

Very clean, comfortable townhouse close to the beach, restaurants. pier and pickleball. Nice quiet complex with a beautiful lake and trees graced with Spanish Moss. It is equidistant to both Savannah and Jax/St Augustine if you are up for short roadtrips.

We had a nice stay at Ocean Walk. Condo was nice and clean, kitchen was well stocked for making a Thanksgiving dinner, Beds were comfortable, and the amenities of the complex were a bonus.

Guy communicated very well with us through the entire booking process and stay. We had an issue with Wi-fi, but Guy handled it quickly.The unit was just as described. Convienient

Condo was great! Clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend visiting family in the area. Owner communication was very good. I recommend this condo rental to others!

My granddaughter, her boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation at your rental in Ocean Walk! It is the absolutely best location. The townhome was clean and updated. The check in process was easy. The patio with the sun umbrella was very handy. We went to the beach every day, rode our bikes, played tennis at your complex, played trivia nightly at the dining room table, and walked to the pier….. just everything happy and fun that we could imagine. Thank you!!!

This condo had a great location and was very nice. It’s been remodeled recently so that it has 2 bathrooms upstairs instead of a shared one. The washer/dryer are also upstairs. Everything was comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of items available, including both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. One thing to note - there are not any beach items available with the condo such as chairs, etc. so be sure to bring your own!We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! Loved that the kitchen was fully equipped. The area was fairly quiet, parking was never an issue. A few minor things got overlooked during the cleaning process but nothing that was major. Our kids loved that there were books & games, which were perfect for the rainy days.

Wonderful complex. Quiet, enjoyed the pool and being so close to East Beach, shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

The property had a great location, walkable to the pier area of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the patio and the neighborhood feel of the complex. The townhome was very comfortable. There were no instructions for the TV so it was a bit of a chore to find news or weather or shows. We really enjoyed our stay here and Saint Simons. Thank you.
