On the main level you have a large kitchen, dining area, living area, half bath, laundry room and master bedroom with large master bath. The living area has four sitting chairs, large couch and views of the marsh. There is a large wet bar complete with sink, wine cooler, refrigerator, k cup coffee maker and drip coffee maker.brbrThe dining area has a very long dining table that seats fourteen. The perfect area for the whole family to get together and share the memories made from a day at the beach. The kitchen area is sure to be every mothers dream. All appliances are high end and stainless. There are two refrigerators, two wall ovens, two dishwashers, two toasters, microwave and gas stove top. Also located in the kitchen is a nine ft island with seating for five. There is a door off the kitchen that leads to one of two screened porch areas. This porch over looks the pool area and has two sitting chairs with cocktail table and an eating table with seating for ten.brbrOff the kitchen is the master bedroom.
