The water front is a gradual slope where you can wade out or drop in kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Lake Chatuge, like all lakes in this area, are generally muddy bottoms with red GA clay. The front porch or lakefront is the perfect place to watch the the boats go by, enjoy a good book or relax in the sun. There is a public lake swimming beach with splash pad, playground and pickle ball courts about a 5 min drive from this home.brbrPlease note: There is not a boat dock available with this rental. brbrThe master bedroom is upstairs with a king sized bed, TV, and a spacious balcony with great views. Beautiful Bel Aire Overlook, a Hiawassee mountain home with a gorgeous year round view of the Appalachian mountains and Lake Chatuge. Enjoy a large porch with western exposure. This home has 3 bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms with TV's are on the main level with 2 full baths. One bathroom has a tub shower combo and the other has a jetted garden tub. Fully furnished kitchen and washer and dryer on the main level and a second washer and dryer downstairs off the kitchenette, The living room on the main level has a large sofa and sitting areas with a beautiful view of the mountains and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen table has seating for 5 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. A spiral staircase leads to a downstairs second living area with a large pit group sofa for reclining to watch movies or TV. Downstairs also has a kithchenette with a second refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink. The third bedroom downstairs has king bed and TV. A full bathroom is also downstairs as an ensuite to the king bedroom. A separate area has a pool table, TV and seating with access to the outside lower level. There are two 4 person high bistro table a regular height around dining patio table that also seats 4 people. Extra bedding for children or petite adults on 2 padded cots with sheets extra linens. This cozy chalet offers all the charm and romance needed for a great getaway. The large bedroom has a king bed with luxury linens, full lake view with an app based TV. The oversized bath is wonderfully decorated with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Chalet is furnished with a lovely mix of antiques and designer furniture, giving you an at home and cozy atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Full view from the kitchen and great room. Smart TV's with fire sticks. Swing, dine or rock and read on the wonderful back porch or head through the grassy lawn to the fire pit and dock for fishing, swimming or boating. Dock has four slips and a public ramp is just down the road. Gas grill also available. Because we have two cabins available, the cabin will show available unless both are rented.
