Step inside to an open floor plan with, a wall of windows overlooking the water, and plenty of natural light. Themain living area features a cozy fireplace and seamless flow into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for entertaining or gathering after a day on the lake. A lounge area beside the dock to relax or watch the children enjoy the lake. Kayaks are provided as an additional level of fun for those of all ages.

The Mother-in-law suite offers its own full kitchen, dining area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower—perfect for extra privacy and comfort.

Upstairs, the Master suite is a true retreat with a king bed, an attached bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a spa-style soaking tub set in front of an electric fireplace and TV—ideal for unwinding in total luxury. This level also includes the main kitchen, dining room, living room, and a convenient half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your dining and preperation needs.

The ground floor is designed with families in mind, featuring two queen beds, cozy twin-over-twin bunk beds, and even a fun little nook with a bed tucked under the stairs—just right for a toddler or child’s hideaway. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level.

Lake Chatuge is just steps away—less than 50 yards from your door. Gather around the fire pit in the evenings to roast marshmallows, share stories, or simply relax while the kids enjoy exploring the shoreline.

The private dock is the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, or docking your own boat—or a rental from one of the many great local outfitters. Please note, the boats currently at the dock belong to the owners and are not available for guest use.

On the upper deck, you’ll find the perfect gathering place to unwind with family and friends. There’s plenty of seating for everyone, along with a gas grill and gas firepit for evening cookouts or cozy nights under the stars. Just below, a suspended lounge offers a one-of-a-kind spot to soak in the lake views, while the breezeway provides shaded seating to cool off after a day on the water.

Right off the breezeway, the game room invites hours of fun. Challenge each other to foosball, shuffleboard, and a variety of other games—making memories for kids (and kids at heart) of all ages.
