Out of Office Beaches is a contemporary designed home with an open concept, state of the art kitchen and living room, and so much more. This is the place you'll make wonderful memories with family and friends and want to return year after year. Out of Office Beaches has all the ingredients needed for a fantastic family vacation.brbrOn the main floor there is a half bath for guests and a King Master, including a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Upstairs you'll find more room to relax in the bonus area where kids can watch the game or movie while parents hang out on the covered lanai. This outstanding outdoor entertainment area is the place to be after a fun day at the beach. Fire up the grill and grab your cocktails as you watch the sun descend into the sea. Down the hall is another King Master and two Queen rooms, all with private bathrooms. And, there's also a bunk room with two double bottom bunks and twins on top with the bathroom just across the hall.brbrABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water, just 2 blocks away. While the beach is just as amazing here as it is elsewhere on this stretch of shore, there are a number of characteristics that make this town unique and worth a visit. Bikes and flip-flops are the transportation of choice here. Seacrest Beach has a deeded beach accesses so visitors can easily access the beach from the neighborhood.brbrAMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. Professional Pics Coming Soon! brI have updated the bathroom pics that were taken by the contractor. brbrHere is the scope of work for the remodel: brbrRemove current ceilings and raise them as much as possible which will require also raising the sprinkler heads. The combo tub / shower in the master has been removed and tile shower will be installed. The 2nd bath will also have the tub shower combo removed and a new low profile tub w/ tile and new fixtures installed. They are removing all the old trim and replacing it with a more modern look and a full repaint. A backsplash will be added to the kitchen. Both the laundry closet and the pantry will be revamped. brbrIn addition to all of that we have new linens, beach towels, bar stools, new high end cookware and cooking utensils, coffee maker and are continually adding to that list.
