    ProParking goodGate Bike rack elevator balcony Con Internet horrible. that is why we gave four stars. we alerted property manager about no internet on day one and tech guy came promptly and told us he can’t fix. it’s a problem w the entire complex. we could not watch any tv in master bedroom bc internet. no sports no playoffs. you can’t advertise condo w multiple tvs and people can’t watch tv. we talked to another condo in building and they paid best buy to come and upgrade each room. We liked sofa on balcony but might need to replace cushions in a few months. Dishwasher requires you to really wash off dishes and that’s ok w us. Washer really good. Beds comfortable and liked many white towels. Enjoyed heated pool

    Pros: Perfect location a short bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The condo is quite roomy and has everything needed for a great stay. Amazing views up and down the beach; sunrise and sunset. Great value compared to other properties nearby. Cons: Very comfortable but somewhat dated. Could use some sprucing up and fresh paint. The porch doors really need to be replaced as well as a few windows and broken blinds.Also recommend a refresh of the cooking utensils. Having said all that we had a great time and will return.
