Stayed Mar 6, 2021We only incurred two hiccups right when we arrived- the pool was not heating properly and the master shower had not been fully cleaned (however the entire rest of the house was very clean!). After a few visits from maintenance, the pool and spa were heating and running great and the rest of our stay we very much enjoyed using it! The house layout is wonderful and the location was hard to beat! We felt blessed to get to vacation for the week in it! We loved it and would stay there again!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2020We were very disappointed in our stay. The home is beautiful but it was very dirty. Everything from the floors to the ceiling fans were filthy. Every bed had crumbs and wrappers in them. I spent one day washing sheets and cleaning up. We found several roaches durning our stay. We visit 30A at least once a year and have never stayed in a home this dirty. Since our stay I’ve reached out to the leasing company but no response. I would not recommend staying at this house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great house close to the Beach. First time st Rosemary Beach. The family can’t wait to return.
