Stayed Apr 11, 2026We had an amazing week. The location was perfect between Rosemary beach which you can walk or ride bike to. Across the street is Seacrest hub that has live music and shops. The town of Alys beach you can walk to as well. Crabby Steves restaurant is on your way to the beach and the Lobster roll sandwich was delicious. Having our beach chairs and umbrella set up waiting for us daily was an extra special treat. There was pickle ball courts as well as a beautiful pool and hot tub. The view from the condo was breathtaking and we didn't want to leave. Things to bring-bikes or rent them, beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, coffee and hair dryer. Emilio was a terrific host and was quick to respond to my questions.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026The condo and facilities were beautiful! Exactly what we wanted. Gorgeous view, comfortable condo, great on-site amenities (beach chairs, pool, pickleball), and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a great time!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer looked brand new. Wonderful view of the ocean! Manager was wonderful and responded quickly to all messages. Check-in and checkout were very easy!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The condo was just as described. We had plenty of space to fit our family of 5 and enjoyed being right on the water. The location is the best on 30A since you are walking distance to Rosemary and Alys, and Peddlers pavilion is right across the street. The host was responsive and quick to address any issues we had. The only thing that could have been better was a place/dresser to unpack clothes in the guest room. Would highly recommend this condo at High Pointe!
