NEW LISTING | Private Heated Pool, Bikes, Gated Community, Private Beach

Location of this house is perfect! Just a short walk from restaurants and shops at both Alys and Rosemary beach. House has a well stocked kitchen for cooking and food prep, bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms also nice. With a group of 11 ladies, we never had an issue with hot water but would have benefitted from more mirrors around the house for getting ready. Beach access was so convenient and the pool was very enjoyable! Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property. However I would not stay here again. The home is very run down and in need of paint both inside and outside. The furniture and rugs felt dirty even though I know it was cleaned and vacuumed. The location is great but the home has not been maintained.

Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful modern clean well stocked house with plenty of room for 12 of us. Perfect pool. Access to private beach area was lovely.The area is beautiful, quiet and very safe.

Property manager was very helpful!

We had such a great time staying at the house. There were 9 of us and it had plenty of space. The extra fridge in the kitchen was a little weird…looked like it came from the owner’s garage but we used it well. Location is perfect. Walk to the beach was easy. Only strange thing that happened this week was when another renter on the street crashed their SUV through the front gate…destroying it. Apparently there was either a famous person or politician with private security staying in a house at the end of street. Not sure how or why they crashed through the gate but would have been good to have a security officer in vehicle parked up front because with no operating gate had random people driving through the street.

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental. The check in process was very simple, and the place was nice and clean. We had 3 family and the rooms and bathrooms are all a nice size and it was very comfortable. We typically like to stay on the beach, but this was as good as it gets not being right on the beach. The beach walk was very close, and the chair setup was so convenient.

Overall, the stay was amazing. The place was spotless and perfect for 4 couples all celebrating anniversaries. The convenience of having bikes at the property and chairs set up each day was perfect for us, coming from out-of-state. Having a code to e get the community, the property, and the beach area was so much better than having a key. Any small “hiccups” we had (ice maker, trouble navigating cable networks, and dirty pool) were addressed and either handled or noted. The beach was beautiful, and access to shopping was easy. After each hot day, it was nice to come back to a house with a great a/c unit. Having fans in each room was a definite plus. We left with great memories, and we will definitely return!

This home met all of our needs for space and proximity to the beach. The grandchildren loved it!
