Professionally Decorated! 5 Adult Bikes! Short Bike Ride to Rosemary Beach!

This is our 3rd time vacationing for Spring Break in 30A. And our 2nd time staying in this home. We had a wonderful time again this year!This home is in a great location. Close to the pool, beach access and shops/dining. It is very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We love hanging out on the upstairs balcony. We give it a 9.5/10. Small minor tweaks like prpviding beach towels, maybe 2 beach chairs and the option to switch some of the adult bikes to a child bike would get a 10/10. Our children stayed in the bunk room so a lamp or night light would have been nice in that room but we easily remedied that. All in all though you can NOT go wrong booking this home!My remaining comments are for the Seacrest community. The ONLY downside we see is that the pool is not heated. It would be such a nice upgrade if they got this done. The water was way too cold during our early April stay so we did the beach every day. Outside of that, this neighborhood is awesome. Note that there is a curfew for children under 18 during Spring Break week. They must be with an adult after 8p. We appreciated the security in and out of the community.

Fun trip, beautiful area. We rented extra bikes for our large group, ordered groceries ahead of time and had them delivered day of arrival. Looking forward to the next visit!

Family get together. Great house, comfortable beds and close to everything!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is just as listed and captured in the photos. The house has quick access to the community pool and beach on foot or by tram. The kids bunk room was a hit with our littles. The upstairs balcony was perfect for an evening nap. The home was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!**Remember to pack beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Although this was clearly spelled out in the welcome guide emailed, we were the parents that didnt read it til we were on the road.**

Nice community we enjoyed our stay

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach and this community is perfect! I docked a point for cleanliness because when we arrived, the couch pillows were disarray and some beds looked unmade. We called the property management and they sent someone over within a few hours. The check in process was quick and easy and getting set up with guest services was quick and easy as well. The staff at the beach and the pool don’t joke around with their rules through, wristbands must be worn at all times and if you aren’t following rules, they’ll be sure to remind you. This home was super close to Alys Beach area and we loved the proximity of the property between Alys and Rosemary. Overall the beds were comfortable and the home was clean and fresh. I would highly recommend this home and would for sure return again.

The property was nice. However it was not as clean as it should have been for the cleaning cost we paid. There were a few roaches and spiders during the week. Check in at 4:00 was okay but mandatory check out when coordinating with flights is unreasonable. We had to pile all our luggage on the porch when the cleaning crew got there. The cleaning crew was a husband, wife and 2 kids. Can see why the house was not as clean as should have been. The phone system was inoperable to contact the manager and the hours were short. The tires on the bike are not easy to ride and be comfortable.
