Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.br2. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.br7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.br8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.brbr br*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:br• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.br• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).br• Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room. br• Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.br• Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.br• Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.br• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home.
