I loved this property and location. Great views of the ocean, accessibility to the private beach, and walkability of the area. The property was in great condition and well kept, communication was clear and focused. I’ll be back!

Host was responsive which was appreciated. Location is excellent and the beach and water were perfect. We did not use the pool. Condo was clean and had a great amount of space, but the listing focuses a lot on updates that were 10 years ago. There were lots of dings and scuffs, kitchen drawer that didn’t close all the way, master bath shower very outdated and looks like there was some work done around a window in the kitchen that was just primed and not finished. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way to helping the condo feel like the listing coveys. We were disappointed in a few things that would be easy fixes - some beach towels for renters to use would be appreciated! A small cooler to be able to use for the beach would be amazing. There was only enough laundry detergent for 2 loads. The value unfortunately wasn’t there - we did not feel like we got what we payed for at 590 per night (family of 4).

We had a nice stay at High Pointe. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to Rosemary. We loved the live music across the street and the pool and beach were amazing. Frank was very nice and responded quickly. The size of the condo is nice, beds are comfortable (not the top bunks according to my kids), view is beautiful. However, the condo needs some TLC. It was as pictured, but there were stains on the dining room chairs, bath tub is very old and stained, crumbs in the drawers of the kitchen, dishes need to be updated/replaced, a fishy smell in the refrigerator, and the front windows appear to have had work done on them but not completed. The cleaning crew did an average job. We loved it, but wouldn't stay there again until it was updated or at least taken better care of. If you're a college kid on spring break, this is the place for you. If you are an adult with a family, you expect more for this kind of money.

This property and owner are fantastic. During our stay we had a few questions and they were attentive and responded promptly. We will be back due to the great views but also the fantastic ownership. Highly recommend this property and owner.

Condo was fabulous and host was quick to respond with questions I had. We love High Pointe for its location to Rosemary, beach access and Crabby Steves!

Loved the property and location. Great view, easy access to beach, Crabby Steves, beach wasn't ever really crowded (especially compared to just down beach), just across from pedlers, and short walk to rosemary shops/restaurants. Also, Frank was super responsive. What's not to love!

We had another fabulous stay at High Point! Love this place and our condo! Can’t wait to go back!

First off, the outside property was being renovated. Our condo windows were taped off and equipment was noisy our whole stay. We felt like that should have been told to us before booking. The condo itself was not clean. Sand was everywhere, dirty dishes and dirty bathrooms. Not pleased with the overall stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at High Pointe for Memorial Day! It’s a perfect way to kick off the summer together with Crabby Steve’s, the on site pool, and private beach access. We also enjoy being able to walk across the street for ice cream or down the street into Rosemary. This is a very convenient and fun spot. Our host was very easy to communicate with and the unit was exactly as described. It has a truly spectacular view of the pool and ocean.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here. The check-in process had a small hiccup with the door code not working, but a quick phone call and it was sorted out. The unit was clean and furnished well. The master bed was quite comfortable. The view was stellar, and we spent every evening on the patio drinking wine and watching the sunset after the kiddo went to sleep. The location was excellent and just a short walk to restaurants and bars. My only complaint would be the lack of tissue boxes. The oaks are in full pollen season right now, and there was a lot of nose-blowing going on. So Kleenex would have been nice. That is pretty minor, though. I have every intention of staying here again. 10 out of 10.

Great location, nice property, easy to work w host!

This property is an ideal location! Loved that bikes could be rented on property, having Crabby Steve's on site, and the beach chairs - it was heavenly not to have to drag something to the beach each day. The resort had quite a bit of construction going on - updates and maintenance and I get this needs to happen. But it was dusty and loud during the day. In addition, the pump in the pool closed on our second to last day. Again, this happens but a bummer the entire pool area was closed. Owner was extremely responsive and attentive. Would recommend for a family stay. But these wrist bands are no joke! Figure out a solution so your family can keep track of them.

Gorgeous property with lots in walking distance

We have stayed at Hi Pointe 6 or 7 times since it first opened. The beach is perfect & not overly crowded. The pool is beautiful.

Everything was perfect!

Location was amazing! Walking distance to everything. The resort was so well maintained and manicured. Beach water and pool beautiful! The condo beds were very comfortable! Kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. The condo could use a deep clean and coat of paint. Microwave and garbage disposal not working, but the owner communicated this.

Frank's condo was a perfect fit for our family vacation. It was clean and updated and any issue we had Frank was quick to communicate and remedy the situation. The location of High Pointe is the best and our kids absolutely loved the large pool and easy beach access. We will definitely be back!
