Our house is your house when you “get away from it all” and stay in our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Spanish style home with 2000 square feet decorated with beachy decor and a huge covered lanai outdoor pool area. When you are not at the beach you will definitely be lounging by the large inviting heated pool sipping on a cool drink! The pool is perfectly placed with southern exposure for sunshine all day. If you haven’t been to Marco before the beaches are amazing white sand beaches and we are just a short drive or bike ride (2 bikes provided) from the beach (2 miles). All of the beach essentials are provided. We have beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for you to use. brbrOur home has seaside décor and a great split layout with a large master suite on one end and 2 bedrooms and second bath at the other end. The master suite has a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom also has a comfortable King bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be put together to make a king bed. There is a fantastic “indoor-outdoor living” floor plan with large sliding glass doors that open the home to the screened lanai and pool in the master suite, dining room and family room. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen and family room for family time together. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, dishware, glassware, cookware and utensils you will ever need. (There is a Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, juicer, mixer, crock pot and waffle iron!) The kitchen pass through window makes outdoor dining a snap. Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath fully updated beach front condo at the South Seas Northwest gated complex. It is in Tower 4, condo 1605 on Marco Island and the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the balcony is spectacular of the beach and ocean. The balcony also gets daytime sun with the southern exposure on those winter days. The condo was just completely remodeled and updated in October of 2019. A well furnished balcony allows views of the white sand of Marco Island beach. It features a large outdoor year round heated private swimming pool. The unit is newly updated, warm , welcoming and clean and has all the comforts of home. Flat screen TVs, with over 100 channels, WiFi for the family, a modern style eat in kitchen, a dining area as well as a laundry room near by, not to mention everything you would need for a day on the beach. Provided is a beach cart, chairs and cooler. You will enjoy direct access to the beach, a workout facility and a short walk into town. brbrThis is a a very nice condo at a price that is much less than a hotel on the island. The condo can sleep up to 6, with a king size bed in master bedroom, and two single size beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa (comfortable for 1 or 2 children). We have 2 other units in this complex so if you have a group traveling to Marco please let me know. All are 5 star condos. It costs about $2.50 to wash and dry a load of laundry.brbrThe condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach cart, and a variety of beach toys. brbrPlease be aware that motorcycles, RV's, and any type of trailers pulled behind a car or pickup are not allowed into the condo complex area, and there is no parking for these types of vehicles. brbrThere is also a $100 registration and parking fee at the condo office after you arrive at the condo building, this is required if you have a vehicle parked there or not. This is for one vehicle, additional vehicles will also need to pay this fee.br
