Our stay was great. We had a mechanical issue, and the property manager was excellent in addressing it.

Rented house for a family reunion. Great house - many public areas as well as nooks to escape the group. Rooms are large and well appointed. Multiple kitchens with plenty of dishes, silverware , cups etc.

Enjoyed the outdoor space tremendously! House was in a great location! Close to beach, restaurants,grocery!

We liked the property and location so much that we rebooked for next year before we checked out. I think that says it all!!

House was wonderful had ever needed and more! Plenty of rooms, great views fabulous pool area and kitchens. Property management was very responsive and easy to work with. I can’t say enough positive things about this house!

Large house on a beautiful island easily accommodated 15 family members for our annual summer family vacation. We missed direct access to the beach. First time staying at this house. No access for disabled guests. Very nice pool with generous amount of beach towels but the attached hot tub spa did not work properly. 2nd floor bedrooms not cool. A/C guy came same day, but never cool enough. Multiple ice makers but none of them worked. Broken dining room chair by a previous guest was still at the table. The handle to open the sliding glass door to a gas grill off the kitchen balcony was broken and the grill did not work. We used the grill by the pool instead. Multiple wine cooler fridges but only one worked. Fan and light switches not easy to find. Need more detailed tour and instructions for the lighting upon check-in. No soap dish or shelf in the enclosed glass shower on 1st floor bedroom. At this price, with a 4-night stay, the guests shouldn’t have to schlepp the large garbage cans from the garage to the street nor change light bulbs!

This property was great for hosting our large family! The management was easy to work with!

Great house, great location. We rented the house because of the elevator (we had an 87 yr.old w/ us), the last person to use the elevator on Thursday night was the property manager and when we called to report, the elevator was not working they sent somebody on the 5th and last night. A very surprising response from the owners, since the never knew what happened, but the property manager was great and in constant contact with us. Don’t rent for the elevator.
