Views! Views! Comfy, well equipped vacation condo. Third floor.

We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful amenities in the condo. The location on the beach is great and the sunsets are spectacular!

Beautiful property and grounds. The very best of sunsets and if up early enough, beautiful moon sets. Perfect for a small family.

The condo was perfect. High end finishes and sparkling clean.It was so well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided

We stayed in this building before but on a higher floor. The property was nice and the property manager was very nice and responded to questions in a timely manner.

Everything you need or want in a vacation condo. Third floor sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. Balcony. Exceptionally clean condo and I mean CLEAN. Zillions of towels. Easy check-in. Fully equipped and modern kitchen. Better w/d than we have back home!!! Tons of closet space. Fantastic and modern bathrooms. Nice private pool and private walkway right to the beach. The complex is right on the beach and very private. Parking is easy and convenient in the condo parking lot. There are even carts to help you move in, and grocery carts to use after you stock up at the Publix just a few blocks away. Property manager is awesome she responds in seconds. I feel like I have a friend in the area now! We will be back!!!!

The property was as described on the listing along with the pictures. It was perfectly sized for myself and my 2 teenage sons. It was clean and everything functioned as it should while we were there. Karen was very helpful, corresponded with us quickly throughout the entire process, and was ontime to meet us at checkin. She was excellent in making the process smooth which allowed us to get right into what we were there for - a stress-free vacation. The view from the belcony was amazing. We were more than happy with the 2 minute (or less) walk from the unit's front door to when our feet were in the ocean - can't beat that. Shell hunting was exceptional also. Really couldn't ask for anything better! The only caution I could mention to others is I believe the unit would work very well for up to 4 people. There was sufficient dinnerware and seats at the table for 4. Although the unit is listed to sleep 6 (two on the pull-out couch), I believe dinnerware and seating would be very tight if all 6 occupants were teenage or older. As long as you're prepared for that however, your visit should be wonderful.

The property lives up to its promise. Clean, comfortable, attractive condo located right on the beach—seaside views, sounds, breezes… It is a perfect getaway location for enjoying all that Marco Island and its surrounding areas have to offer. Well appointed for in house meal preparation. Closet full of beach gear. Wide beach which was not crowded. Great shelling. Very nice not heavily used tennis courts. Easy drive to nearby restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and plan to return again.

The property was clean. Very well stocked and the view was awesome. The pool although somewhat small was clean and always had enough chairs to lounge. Short walk to beach and not very crowded near condo. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Very nice unit. Our hostess Karen was wonderful, communicated very well with us. The ocean view was amazing & we appreciated the spacious lanai area. Beach towels, chairs & umbrellas were provided along with plenty of linens. We hope to return to this area again.
