Beautiful condo and perfect location! Host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything. Unit was well stocked and very clean. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

The unit was clean, comfortable and contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. We have been visiting Marco since 2003 and you can't go wrong staying at the Somerset. Great location on the south side of the island, it has one of the top five beaches in the US, if not number one. Communication was great, the instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend this unit for couples or a family.Thanks Tom

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. The location was perfect with beautiful views, and check-in was a breeze. The beach chairs and wagon provided were a huge plus, they made getting to and from the beach so easy. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

We have been visiting Marco Island for over 25 years and have stayed in many locations there. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It has been renovated recently with plenty of details that make this place great. Definitely coming back next year.

Condo was amazing. Super clean unit with everything needed during stay. Tom was wonderful to work with and check in check out process was simple. Condo complex is extremely family oriented. Locker with beach gear was well stocked and easy access. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Love the location so close to the beach. Very nice finishes and appliances. Comfortable beds. The third bedroom is very small with 2 twin beds and no dresser or nightstand. It would be fine for children.

After staying in 5 other units on Marco, this has been our favorite. Functional, clean and beautiful space - everything you need for a family vacation. Thank you!

Clean, well equipped spacious condo with amazing views of the ocean! Walking distance to many places. The gym was an added benefit as well as the very warm pool.

What a great family vacation! The condo is beautiful and very spacious! Stayed with my husband and 3 daughters ages 9-12. We enjoyed all the space. I loved cooking in the kitchen with the view of the ocean from the patio doors. Plenty of cabinet room for all of our food. The washer and dryer were super handy to do a load or two of wash per day to keep up and clean bathing suits and towels. Tom was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions very quickly and thoroughly. The beach locker on the ground floor had everything we needed for the beach and the pool. Walk to the beach took 1 min and very easy and convenient to wash your feet before going into the pool area. The views from the balcony were spectacular at sunrise and sunset especially. Also, the check out process was easy and quick. Sad to leave and will most definitely return in the future. Great place and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great week, Tom! Awesome place!

It was a great experience staying in this condo. The bedrooms were nice for our three children, and the condo had everything we needed. There was a large pot missing in the kitchen, but the owner ordered one for us and it was delivered promptly. All of the appliances and washer and dryer are new. Everything is updated tastefully. The condo complex was quiet with the exception of some work being done next door, but that was only noisy one day. The whole complex is peaceful and well maintained. The view from the balcony is priceless.

Great location, this time of year there is repairs being made on condos and building. Great access to beach and pool.

Overall the condo was very nice. Only complaint would be the 3rd bedroom was inaccurately depicted. Assumed there would be more than just 2 twin beds in the room. Would have liked a dresser.

Our family of 5 (ages 35 to 88) enjoyed our stay in condo 406 at Somerset on Marco Island, FL. Our condo had everything we needed. It was clean, had plenty of space and accommodations for everyone, and the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf was beautiful - especially at sunset! Beach chairs, cabana, and wagon to pull equipment to the beach was appreciated. Tom responded quickly with any questions we had. He supplied starter packs of soap, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. There were also plenty of bath towels and beach towels for everyone. Having a washer/dryer in house and a Publix near by was great. The kitchen was stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The guys were able to play 3 rounds of golf, some family members went on a 4hr shelling cruise to barrier islands (Treasure Seekers), and the rest of our time was spent on the balcony or on the beach! We enjoyed our vacation and would do it again.
