Stayed Jan 10, 2026The view was amazing! The condo was very clean and well taken care of, even the balcony and the balcony furniture. We had everything we needed. The entire complex was clean and exceptionally well maintained; everything from the parking garage, elevators, laundry rooms, pool, workout room, landscaping.....everything. Very impressive. Frank communicated everything we needed to know very thoroughly and effectively. Frank was very easy to contact when we had questions and replied very promptly. Our two weeks on Marco Island could not have been any better! Thanks so much!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Great family vacation on Marco Island. We loved that there was everything needed for the beach! We ate out each day but the kitchenette came with everything needed to eat in. Loved the balcony and could see the fireworks from it on the 4th! Only bad piece was the walk to the beach but that’s common if you stay in that area.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025Our first time to Marco. Condo and location were great. Everything was clean and well stocked. It's a bit of a walk from the condo to get to the gulf but beach and views were fantastic. Also enjoyed having access to the 12 pickle ball courts which were top notch. We played almost every day. Owner batted 1000 on restaurant recommendations! Definitely recommend.
