Pet Friendly CONDO! In-Unit Laundry, WiFi & Beach Gear; Walk to Restaurants & Shops

It was so refreshing; because, It felt like home, maybe even better than home. We were very comfortable and loved, loved, loved Marco Island.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was extremely clean, had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Enjoyed the location and condo. Very clean and well maintained.

We had a great time during our babymoon weekend! Lots of great food spots closed by and close to the beach! We'll definitely be back soon!

I have to thank iTrip Marco Island for being so readily available to help me with packages that I had delivered to the unit. I also locked myself out of my bedroom and they got me back into my bedroom very efficiently. The unit was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I also liked having the elevator instead of having to walk up the stairs!

This was our second stay and we’ll definitely be booking again. We loved it. Great location. Well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you!

The setup of this condo worked very well for our family of four. It had all the basics and was very clean. We had no complaints or issues. It’s about a 3/4 mile walk (south) to the closest beach public access, and our family found this to be a doable walk.

We enjoyed the stay overall, just a few things we were disappointed in, especially with check out process. We already paid the cleaning fee, but are expected to wash/dry all towels and start sheets before we leave, take out all trash, and start dishwasher or we would have incurred an additional cleaning fee. There were only two tide pods left for us so when washing everything I felt like it wasn't even adequate for the size of the loads we were required to wash, yet the next guest will be the ones who have the dirty linens. Also the pack n play seemed very stained and had not been cleaned in awhile and I did not feel comfortable putting my child in it. Location was great and we had no reason to reach out during the stay.

We stayed at this condo for a wedding on Marco island, and booked it since it was pet friendly and an affordable option. Good location as it’s right next door to several restaurants and near the beach. The outdoor railing on the porch was not stable however and seemed hazardous if traveling with small children.

This property was an affordable and very comfortable option on Marco Island! It was my husband and I plus our adult son and his wife. We appreciated that each couple had their own bathroom, one in the master suite and another just outside the door of the 2nd bedroom. This place is literally a 5-10 min drive to anyplace on Marco Island. We enjoyed going to nearby Tigertail Beach and using the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella provided at the condo. Sitting on the deck in the morning for breakfast was delightful Communication was excellent before and during our stay. When we arrived, there was a loud beeping sound coming from the electrical room across the hallway, but we communicated with the property manager and it was quickly remedied. We would stay here again if we return to Marco Island!

Great location, clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need for a good stay. We would definitely recommend this unit and stay there again! (By the way, the king size mattress was so comfortable!)

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was full of accommodations including Rokos, hair dryers, wifi, beach equipment and a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This is the worst VRBO experience I have had and I have stayed at a lot of places. To start, both beds had hairs in the sheets(pubes and other hairs). We notified the manager who brought us another set. When we went to change the master sheet we saw that the bottom most sheet had a fresh pee stain on it. Clearly indicating the sheets weren’t washed. Then the main toilet wouldn’t flush. The sink hot water didn’t work. The dryer is a fire hazard as the vents don’t open. It took 3 cycles to dry clothing. This is extremely unsafe. The location was not ideal as you had to park in an alley which was very difficult to do. We brought our 4 month old to this location because it looked beautiful and it WAS NOT. I felt bad having her stay there. For such a beautiful island this place was a MAJOR disappointment.

Perfect for a few days but needs renovations overall. If you’re looking for a place to stay while in town, this is the spot. This condo is next to all the main restaurants on the island. Also, a huge plus that they allow dogs to stay as well.
