Unique property offers amazing views where you can take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. This 14th Floor this condo will not disappoint. It has a beach view front patio and an island view back patio. Completely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with everything being perfectly cleaned. Owner frequently, uses this condo. It is decked out with everything that you need for a relaxing or active vacation.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a connecting full bathroom. The second bedroom has a very comfortable gel queen murphy bed. If you must work a little during your stay there is a built in desk with a printer in the second bedroom. There is a full bathroom just outside the bedroom.

Get ready to enjoy day at the beach with Tommy Bahama Beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach wagon. Admiralty House has the largest pool on the beach at 60 x 30 feet. It is a full-size pool that is great for swimming laps or just taking a dip. During the season there are are some morning water exercise classes. Lots of lounge chairs and tables around the pool area. There are two gas grills located in the pool area for your use.

Admiralty House is walking distance to numerous restaurants including the Esplanade. It is just quick walk up the beach to the JW Marriott. If you walk to the north you will come to Tiger Tail Beach great for shelling and bird watching.

The Admiralty House has on site security from 9 am to 5 pm. The unit has one assigned covered parking spot conveniently located in the second row closest to the building. There are additional parking spots if needed out by the tennis courts.

Admiralty House requires all guests to sign a formal lease and fill out an application that includes a background check. The application fee is listed as an administration fee of $150.00 when you book this condo and is non-refundable. Reservation will not be finalized until this application is approved by the board of directors. This is typically not an issue but can sometimes take up to 30 days. During this process your instant booking is being held for you.

    Our stay could not be any nicer. This condo has full upgrades through and through. It is upscale and clean. Our view from the 14th floor balcony had unobstructed views of the Marco Island sunsets and visiting dolphins! We could easily walk to many restaurants for any meal. The location is perfect! The owners thought of everything when it came to comfort & style. The beach chairs/umbrella were really nice Tommy Bahama. We packed the cooler and put everything into the beach rolling cart and made our way to the beach for a full day in the Florida sunshine! It was very smooth booking the condo. The owners are very nice & easy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends & family. We hope to come back soon! Thank you Lisa!
