Our condo is in a very nice gated community with only 52 units that boasts a beautiful heated pool, lush landscaped grounds, fitness center, and clubhouse. Our unit provides FREE covered parking too. We have trailer parking available whether its for your motorcycle, jet ski or boat (off property).brbrWe're across the street from the ONLY 18 hole championship public golf course in Key West. Golf club rental is available from the pro shop.brbrWe can accommodate your trailer by offering off site trailer parking (must inquire ahead with owner), safe and convenient. A full service marina and a public boat ramp is walking distance from my unit. So bring your boat or bring your motorcycle or jet ski because we can accommodate all of them.brbrWe are located right next to a CVS, Dion's convenience store, Beach Weekend - a Full service marina that offers boat rentals, bank with ATM, Jollys liquor store, FYT Gym offering day passes for Cardio, Yoga and Pilates classes is just across the street. We are walking distance to many restaurants that are favorites with the locals including Roostica Pizzeria with full bar, Hog Fish Bar/Grill on the water, Hurricane Hole Marina/Bar/Grill on the water, El Siboney, El Mochos Cuban Cafe, Tavern & Town Restaurant and Chicos Cantina. There is even a local French bakery walking distance from our place, Croissants de France Bakery. There is also our very own local seafood store, Fish Busters ,within walking distance to purchase fresh locally caught seafood of all kinds, spices and gourmet extras for your cooking/dining pleasure.brbrOur complex is located along the local city bus transit route which comes by every 1/2 hour, offers transit to all parts of Key West (old town, beaches, and new town) and is economically priced at $10 per person for a weekly pass. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a 42' SONY SMART LED TV. brWe also have board games too.brbrThe master bedroom and living room have double French doors that open up to a covered balcony with patio furniture and ceiling fan and light. Each patio offers decorative hooks to hang bathing suits and towels to air dry. The kitchen and living room are downstairs.
