Check in was smooth however the parking was confusing. There were 2 marked spaces and the rest is just a free-for-all. The room itself was tiny and not much room to put anything down (e.g. once I'd made my coffee I couldn't find a spot to set it down.) The AC was noisy but effective. A word to people who like a dark room to sleep in - this is not it. The exterior lights filter in through the blinds and there's no way to dim them. Overall though we had a pleasant stay. Its a little far to walk to the heart of things but doable. But everything was neat and clean and well maintained. The public rooms are gorgeous; its a shame they are not more of a feature (maybe a happy hour).

Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. Very walkable, we parked in the lot and walked everywhere. The area was quiet at night and the bed was comfy. The main house was beautiful and there was lots of outdoor space to enjoy.

I really loved that the property is historic and it is well upkept. The pool is very secluded and relaxing. There was always water in the main house with cups provided day or night.

The mansion itself is amazing, huge front porch to chilax, take in the sun, while away reading. The Havana Vieja room is an incredibly comfortable, very well decorated place to call home when it's time to get out of the sun. You can't but like the pool when you're ready to float, swim your way to further relaxation. This is our 2nd time staying at the Azul Mansion. You're only 4-5 blocks from Duval Street, an easy walk to the heart of Key West!

What a wonderful quiet place to stay within walking distance of everything Key West has to offer. Nice pool, fully equipped shared kitchen. We will be back.

Beautiful pool side room. So quiet, although we know others were staying there. Was absolutely perfect. Directions to get the keys were so easy, plenty of clean pool towels. We didn’t need anything during our stay. This was my husband’s first time in Key West - he’s already talking about going back. Definitely will plan to stay here again.

Very welcoming host! Beautiful property...clean and neat!Loved the common area, and our room was perfect! The ice and water station was so appreciated...very handy and necessary in the Key West heat :) Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. Communication via text messages with the hosts (and their quick response) made it easy.

Fabulous place! Everything was spotless. I love the concept of having filtered water with pitcher to take back to your room. Would have given 5 star's but the shower and the water pressure was so weak.

The host was very helpful. Very nice accommodations and perfect for a getaway. Close to everything you could wanna do downtown, but even closer to some of the less known hidden gems in Key West. Highly recommend.

Innkeeper, Mark, was welcoming and very helpful, as it was our first time in Key West. The amenities were great. The Havana room would benefit from black out shades and increased water pressure for the sink and shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The facility overall was very nice. The water pressure in the Havana Vieja room bath and shower was lousy.

Location was perfect. We were close enough to Duval, but it wasn't so busy. Parking wasn't an issue, but it is tight, so if the place is booked, street parking might be the best bet. Our room was just off the pool - we really liked the location, being outside and not in the main house. It felt very private. Room was cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was a little tight, but it was just the two of us, so not a big deal. Pool was amazing and so nice that it was heated. We were there in November and it would have been too chilly to swim if it wasn't heated. That was definitely a bonus. We were able to chat with other vacationers as we wanted, but it didn't feel like you were forced to hang out with strangers. ha! We loved it. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/soap. We ended up having to buy some because the samples were so small. Loved the water thermoses we could have in the room and the coffee selections. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Beautiful Property and Great Location, but the Havana Room Needs Some AttentionWe recently stayed in the Azul Havana room and overall had a pleasant experience. The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and in an excellent location—just a short and easy bike ride to Duval Street and the surrounding attractions. The main house was lovely, and the added touch of fruit-infused water was refreshing and appreciated. Having access to the water purifying unit and ice machine was also a nice benefit. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the entire property had a calm, welcoming vibe.That said, there were a few issues specific to the Havana room that made the stay less enjoyable. The shower had virtually no water pressure, which made showering very unpleasant, and the shower head appeared quite old and in need of replacement. The sink also had poor water pressure and couldn’t be plugged to hold water. Additionally, the remote control for the AC unit did not communicate with the unit properly. I didn’t realize this until the last night and had to stand on the bed to manually adjust the temperature and fan speed.These maintenance issues took away from what otherwise could have been a perfect stay. After speaking with another guest, it sounds like their room didn’t have these same problems, so it may just be specific to this one. I wouldn’t choose the Havana room again unless these items are addressed, but I would consider staying in another room on the property

Property was well maintained, the concierge service to find local activities was awesome.Location is on Truman which is one of the more busy roads, but road noise wasn’t an issue. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay, the room was perfect for Key West getaway. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the wireless phone charger, purified water and ice machine. The pool was welcoming, and the poolside bathroom was appreciated!The mansion and all of the available rooms make it the perfect spot to vacation with other couples or a group of friends.

We loved the quiet and the shared spaces. Manager was very nice and let us stay at the property after checking out before our flight. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway and the fact that it was kid free made it that much more enjoyable.

We had a great stay places is amazing

The location is so close of downtown and Duvall St. The room is little but charmingThe little swimming pool is clean There are a minimum of little thingsCoffee tea by a machine and fresh water by a fountain linen and towels have never changed!!!No cleaning!!!It’s not normal for the price!!!

We loved everything about it, the place was spotless and although the Havana room is quite small, we didn't spend much time there. Walkable to Duval Street and just a very pleasant property.

We loved our 2 nights at Azul. It was quiet, except for THE rooster who crowed from 2:30 am on LOL. White noise was an easy fix so get the app! So cozy, clean, perfect location....really can't say enough! We especially loved the great coffee, water stations, and shared spaces. Would 150% stay again!

We had a great 2 night stay while in Key West. The property was as advertised.The FREE off-street parking was an excellent perk.The location was very good as it was within walking distance of the heart of Key West.

There was no staff at the house. You are texted directions to get your room key from a lock box. It was a weird feeling like you were in a ghost town.We stayed in the Havana room. Bed was very comfortable, but the room was very small. Only 1 person could walk between the TV and the bed. The shower floor was slippery and you have to be careful. Our room was in the back and it was quiet. You can hear the pool filter in the bathroom, but in the bedroom it only sounded like a fan. The room has white curtain that are not light blocking. It was bright during the night from the outside lights. Not enough to disturb my sleep, but you definitely don't need a nightlight.Parking is difficult. There are not enough spots on the property and it is on a busy street so parking there is also challenging. We rented scooter which made getting around and parking easier.

The property was lovely and very peaceful and quiet. It was delightful to take a dip in the warm pool after a busy day at Dry Tortugas N.P. or mid-day between shopping and going to dinner. The kitchen was very convenient for preparing a light breakfast or lunch

The location was perfect, away from the noise of Duval Street but close enough to walk the full length of Duval. The property itself is cute and very nice. We had the Havana room which was small but just like the pictures.Be aware there are wild roosters that roam the Key and they like to crow starting around 4 or 5 AM.

Very nice and clean

The rooms were well appointed the provided common areas were extensive, well appointed, and clean. Location is within .8 miles of almost all of the best spots in Key West.

This property was in the middle of Old Town, so about 5 minutes from everywhere you'd want to go. The property was well kept and stocked. We had such a nice and peaceful stay.
