The first bonus is an additional wall of expansive windows and an extra French door. The result is an abundance of natural light and views of tropical landscaping. The second bonus is that this unit has TWO lovely, tropically landscaped gated courtyards. The first is on charming Front St, inside a pretty iron gate. The second is even larger and is on the Eaton St side. It's accessed through the extra French door which is in the kitchen, making it very easy to move food and drinks outdoors. The side yard is especially beautiful in the late afternoon and makes a great place to hang out or have dinner. There's a private gate to Eaton St and it is just steps away from your designated parking spot. It's unusual within the Foundry to have two yards and all the extra windows.
