Nice condo and the location was great. Gated community with good restaurants within a short walk. Easy drive to Key West attractions.

Amenities in good condition. Could use some cleaning supplies.

The place was perfect for our needs. The host Judy was very responsive and very attentive to our unexpected needs during our stay. We especially enjoyed having access to bikes during our stay. Overall, we had great experience.

Nice place. The gate code would have been helpful in the emailed info. Luckily the exit gate was open.

Great location - clean and updated. Convenient for Uber to Duval Street w/o the hassle of driving and parking.

The pool area was great, we only got to enjoy 1 day for a few hours before the rain set in. We were able to bike to downtown Key West & walk to local establishments. The food, drinks & service were all great! The adjustment on most of the blinds inside the rental did not work properly, so if you wanted sun light you had to open the entire blind. The highway traffic was noisy where r rental was, it was a bit distracting when sitting on the back porch area.

The house was clean and comfortable. We did not use any of the facilities on grounds.

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Close to everything we wanted to do, clean, and having bikes to use was wonderful!

We stayed for 3 nights and spent time in Key West with Friends. The location was great and it was very nice to enjoy the pool in July in the Keys. I would rebook if we were going back.

Our host was easy to work with and allowed us to store our luggage until check in time. The house was located in a great location to enjoy the many great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking at Hurricane Hole - walking distance was convenient. The only downside I could mention was the road traffic noise at the back of the house.

No issues with our stay. Everything was clean and the stay went smoothly. Good host. Overall a great place. Only minor issue is that the beds weren’t the most comfortable.

It was better than ok but compared to other VRBO stays it wasn’t quite as good. Has lots of stairs to deal with. You will wake up at crack of dawn from roosters crowing or traffic noise from the freeway. I do want to end by saying overall it was comfortable after spending the day at Old Town.

Clean property and everything was as it seemed. Bikes and grill are a nice addition. Safe neighborhood that is gated. About 15 to 17 min drive away from the downtown Key West attractions. Publix is close by.

We had a great stay - the property was well kept and the host was very good in responding to us quickly. The home is very close to everything - a quick 5 minute drive to the east side of Key West. Great community pool and quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic condo, beds were so comfortable. TV's in every room. Everything thing we needed was in the kitchen. The patios all around the condo were awesome for my guests who were smokers. The pool was great! ❤️ Judy is a fantastic host. We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo is at a great location conveniently located to great restaurants you can walk to. We really like that it's in a gated community because it makes it safer than others. Host Judy is awesome!

Tee by the Sea had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect, bikes were a nice addition, having parking was great, and Judy was very quick to respond with whatever we needed-including helping with questions about what activities to do and where to do them. The house was clean, very nice inside, well supplied and came with an unbelievably comfy sofa bed as well. Can’t imagine a better place to stay while visiting Key West! We had a great time. Thanks Judy!

Condo was clean and as advertised. The amenities were great. We used the bikes, the beach chairs and coolers that were provided. We had a plumbing issue but Judy was right on it and it was fixed the same day. We ran out of garbage bags and paper towels but we managed. Not a huge issue but wanted to point it out so it can be addressed with the cleaning company. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
