The large balcony with a resort and gulf view, make our condominium home a true standout. Sterling Shores has just completed a complete renovation as well!! brSterling Shores has an amazing GULFVIEW location across from a local favorite restaurant, Back Porch. It is a gated community on nine lushly landscaped acres and has almost 300 feet of private beach access. There are two pools, and one is gulf front and is heated seasonally. The other pool is fabulous for children, and your children just love it! There is a mushroom fountain and a zero entry feature that lets them be as deep in the water as they like--or just a few inches. Perfect for when they were younger! As with most things, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the biggest benefit to Sterling Shores. It is close enough to restaurants to walk, and a few feet from the beach.
