We are Bob and Diane and live in Destin. We are the original owners, and your vacation is important to us.
We have just completed (March, 2026) a complete renovation of our Sterling Shores #312 one bedroom and one bath condominium home. The bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower with a seamless glass enclosure, quartz countertop, updated sink, faucet and lighting, and a chair height toilet. The Complimentary beach chairs were perfect.The owners were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to have memorable vacation We are hoping to return same week next year

Stayed Aug 31, 2019Me and my husband came down for our anniversary and loved every minute of it. The condo was very clean and comfortable and to top it all off the owners left us a Key Lime Pie in the refrigerator that was to die for. We were very pleased and really enjoyed her stay there.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect room for a couple. The view was amazing and in a convenient location to many local attractions. Bed was very comfortable and home was clean and welcoming.

Stayed Oct 28, 2018We really enjoyed our week at Sterling Shores unit 312. The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable, and their gift of a key lime pie was the topper. The unit had everything we needed. The bedroom was a little small, but the large bathroom and living area made up for it. It was a short walk through a courtyard to the private beach where we enjoyed many hours. The Fiores gave us many suggestions for hiking and for dining which we were able to enjoy. Stayed Sep 22, 2018This unit was a fantastic one bedroom. The bedroom was a little small, but we were still able to fit a pack ‘n’ play in the corner. The unit was very clean and well decorated and the zero entry pool was a big hit with my 2 year old! The location is extremely convenient for all kinds of dining options. Overall it was a great trip and we would stay here again!
