Amazing Beachfront Home, Incredible Views, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator!

Wonderful house! Brand new house and very clean. Just a few steps from the beach! Big kitchen and family room. Love how many king size beds! Will definitely stay at this house again! Perfect location!

The house was clean, and very new. Kevin communicated with me from the first day we booked the home, until the day we left. If communication is a factor in your search for a home, I can assure you that you will receive top notch communication before and during your stay. Very open living space, which was great with a bigger group. We never felt like we did not each have our own space, if needed. We were unsure of the distance from the home to the beach based upon the home sitting off the beach a little bit. But, we have stayed at many beachfront homes, and the pathway directly from the home to the ocean is no further than any other home we have stayed over the years. The view from the second floor living area is awesome. You have a full view of the ocean from anywhere in the living area, kitchen, etc.The pool area is nice as well. The pool is big enough for kids to spend time in during the stay, but also a great place to hang out with the adults. No complaints! I would highly recommend this property.

This home was extremely clean, amazing views, wonderful kitchen and open concept for my family! Only steps to the beach and a wonderful pool! Loved the location, close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants and places to take younger children. The host was VERY prompt and gave very detailed instructions prior to check-in! I was so incredibly happy with this experience and vacation!!

Where to begin about this amazing property and wonderful host. The house is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need to entertain all ages. The house is so updated and spacious. All the rooms have adequate beds and are very spacious. The kitchen is out of a magazine with breathtaking views, the heated pool is the perfect size. The decks and balcony’s are wonderful, and you can open the doors and hear the ocean waves while you are sleeping. The host makes sure you have adequate of towels, kitchen utensils and toilet paper along with a good washer and dryer. The beach which is just steps away from the house is the most beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear water. Kevin the host and homeowner is phenomenal to work with. Every time I emailed him he responded almost immediately. He was so helpful and had wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. He definitely cares about making his visitors comfortable and happy. Our grandson accidentally left his phone at the house. I messaged Kevin and he said that the cleaning people found it and would mail it to us. We were so impressed with their honesty and helpfulness. I would recommend their home and hospitality to anyone. We will definitely be coming back. My elderly mother in law said I hope there is a house as beautiful as this one in Heaven. It was definitely Heaven on earth.

The property is extremely well located with beach access and proximity to all shopping. It was extremely clean upon arrival. Easy back and forth to the beach for a family with toddlers.

Ideal location for family time together. Not many places you can watrch dolhins from your porch. Grandkids loved both the heated pool and the beach.

This Miramar beach getaway was a lovely experience. We enjoyed all the home’s accommodations, including the hot tub, pool and spacious kitchen. The beach was glorious— just steps away and with the finest, whitest sand! We were two families (totally 8) and one dog and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would certainly return! Wow! What an incredible home! This modern beachfront home was a perfect getaway for our girls trip! The finish out and decor was so warm and inviting. The home was immaculately clean and well-appointed with every amenity you can think of. There was no detail spared. You are literally just feet away from the ocean. Kevin provided excellent communication and even had both the pool and hot tub warm and prepared for our arrival! The home is spacious and absolutely beautiful! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
