Everything was absolutely perfect! Every room was immaculate, location was perfect, neighborhood was quiet and clean, and the check in and checkout process was easy. Our family of 16 had plenty of space for everyone and the pool was actually very warm on the cold few days we were there!

Host was very accommodating. Great communication. We had an issue with the golf cart. It was in less than 2 hours. Coming back to a pool heated to 95 after a chilly day at the beach was amazing.

Beautiful and spacious home! Loved the pool and that each room had a restroom!! Also loved that the pool area had a restroom too!! It’s close to a beautiful beach where you can rent umbrellas and also purchase drinks and food!!! They were very helpful!

Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. The place was clean, the pool was very nice, each bedroom had its own bathroom with white towels. We had access to the golf cart and games. Everything we thought we needed was there. I can’t wait to do it again!!!

This house provided everything that we needed to enjoy our family trip! Had beach towels available along with beach gear. The golf cart was amazing for hauling things to and from the beach. Perfect layout for the family as well.

We stayed here with our big family—my husband and I, our seven kids, and both sets of grandparents—and the house was truly a great fit for us! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, which made a huge difference with such a large group.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, and pans—everything we needed to cook meals for the whole crew. The home was clean, comfortable, and had lots of thoughtful extras, like beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our beach trips super convenient.While the house isn’t super close to the beach, the golf cart made it totally manageable—and honestly, driving the golf cart around was one of the highlights! It made getting to and from the beach fun and easy.We did have a few safety concerns, especially with little ones around. The pool in the backyard was beautiful, but we wish there were more child safety measures like a gate or alarm. The lower lock on the front door was broken (though the deadbolt worked), and upper latches on the balcony doors in the kids’ rooms on the second and third floors would have added extra peace of mind.That said, we had a wonderful stay overall. The house fit our multi-generational family so well, and we made some great memories here. We would definitely stay in this house again!

This property was perfect for our family with adult children, grandbaby and dog! Each person had their own room with a bathroom, the pool was perfect after a long day at the beach and the golf cart was wonderful to get around in. This is a gated community with security driving around constantly. The beach gear, coolers, pool towels, and pool toys were a bonus to not have to pack. I would absolutely stay here again, the location was perfect and the price was great!

Clean, spacious, lots of amenities. Smooth process from beginning to end. This is a perfect property for a large family. Plenty of parking. Private pool was fabulous. Private beach access. Golf cart definitely came in handy. Would def stay here again and would def recommend. I had asked some questions thru the vrbo app and didn't get responses. But I could have called if it was very pressing.

Beautiful, great location, extra amenities - beach chairs and towels, swim toys, fully equipped kitchen and generous space with each room having its own bathroom. Another plus was having access to a bathroom from the pool. We also really appreciated the security for the neighborhood.

The property where we stayed was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and have a great time. It was a great place to spend time in the Destin area.We look forward to staying here next time we are in town.

Location was perfect for short walks to the beach or short trips to eat/shop. The neighborhood was quiet and monitored by security.

Our family had a blast! Plenty of rooms, the pool is a nice size, it’s conveniently located to shopping, fun, and the beach, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We would definitely book again!

The reason for the 4 star and I’m being nice by giving it that bc I’m extremely irritated at the host. They were impossible to get on the phone or to respond to messages. Due to the expense of the nightly fee and the outrageous host fee I expect to be able to get in touch with someone. Here was the main issue… The power did not work outside and no power in the bathroom that was near the pool. No lights whatsoever. So kids didn’t get to enjoy the pool once it got dark bc we couldn’t see. No lights in the bathroom made it extremely difficult and we had to use our phone lights. No big deal if they would have fixed it. When we finally got them on the phone the lady asked us to check the garage for the panel box to reset the breaker. Well there isn’t a garage, so they clearly don’t know their properties. My husband informed her that he is very capable of figuring it out if they would tell use where the breaker panel was located. They said they would send someone around to fix it instead. No one ever showed up and we kept calling to no avail. That’s completely unacceptable and I honestly feel like we deserve our host fee back. I know that will never happen, but if I were the owners of this property I would be irritated that I’m paying someone to deal with my property who doesn’t answer my customers. I would never rent from these property managers again. I don’t want to give the house a bad review bc it’s beautiful. I wish I could give properties managers a separate review.

House was fabulous...had everything we needed plus it was walk away from the beach. Each room was spotless. We love our stay there.
