This Sandpiper Cove condo is very clean and just perfect for our family of four. It has everything we need to cook our dinner. It has a bike that works great that our son used to travel around the community and to the beach, which is just a cross the street within the condo community. The condo is situated at the first hole of the small golf course. The swimming pool was also nearby. The condo is located across the street from Target/Publix. Everything is within walking distance. This was just a perfect stay for us. The pictures on VRBO/Expedia are accurate. Destin is a great beach town. We'll be back!

Newly updated and clean space. The only complaint would be the amount of road and upstairs neighbor noise you can hear.

I love sandpiper cove. I missed out on an opportunity to purchase a unit in 2012 and think about it all the time. Now, the unit is valued at and recently sold for 3 times what it cost then. I’ll keep a watch out for future sales cause this place has the perfect location and is kept super clean and safe.

The unit was in great condition besides the tiny kitchen trash can and beds being hard as rocks (and I like a hard bed). We will stay in this complex but different unit next time.
