The master bedroom is large, with a king sized bed and a huge washroom and closet. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and are pleasantly decorated. The first sitting room is quiet and relaxing, with huge doors that open to the lanai and pool. The separate TV / living room is larger and looks out to the canal if you're not watching the huge modern TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has stools for those wanting to sit at the huge granite counter while someone prepares supper! There is a table with chairs in the kitchen but also, for a more formal meal there's a separate dining room. brThe pool is always warm thanks to the new heat pump heater. The driveway easily accommodates 4 cars. There are plenty of beach toys for those wanting to visit the beach, and there are also bicycles and kayaks for those who inquire but a release of responsibility is needed. It's about 20 minutes to the Cape Harbour restaurants and bars, by kayak.brA great place for a holiday.brbrYou can’t get much closer to the best of what Cape Coral has to offer than Namaste House. The home is on a gently sloping lot with a beautiful hedge filled with red flowers that make a beautiful setting on one of the nicest boulevards with mature trees, shrubs, flowers and other spectacular Floridian vegetation. The neighborhood has many multi-million dollar homes and many boats that are similar in value.brYou can access the home by road, to the driveway good for 4 cars, or by water by motor boat or sailboat. Boat rentals are just 15 minutes away by boat to the boat slip or dock. This home is very close to the Caloosahatchee River; it takes only about 15 minutes to get to the river by boat. brThe home itself is open and spacious yet with 2 completely separate living room areas – one with a huge TV and sound system; the other with comfortable chaises ideal for afternoon tea or relaxation. The prime feature of this home, however, is the huge lanai – at least double that of an average similar size home. The Eddie Bauer furniture on the lanai may be the most comfortable you’ve ever experienced. Immediately adjacent is a table for an outside supper under the lanai, adjacent to the large pool that is heated by a heat pump. The pool glistens and sparkles under moonlight or the beautiful sunsets that are so well viewed from the west facing lanai..
