There's plenty to enjoy at this fun home, where the family-friendly layout is perfect for groups looking to settle into comfort. The open kitchen features a prep island that also doubles as a breakfast bar - plus a helpful coffee station to make mornings go faster. The outdoor kitchen features a fabulous built-in grill and a minifridge perfect for storing both ingredients and beverages. Both the main bedroom and one additional bedroom feature desk workspaces perfect for completing remote work. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy the use of an extensive en suite bathroom, featuring both a standalone shower and jetted tub for relaxation. All bedrooms feature room-darkening shades to ensure you can wind down for a peaceful sleep.

THINGS TO KNOW
A baby bath is available for younger guests.
Dock is only available for sitting, standing, and/or fishing.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
All televisions are smart TVs and streaming-enabled.
Two beach chairs are available for guest use.
Pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for $32 (plus tax) per day. 72 hours notice is required.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: A Ring doorbell (motion activated) is installed at this home.

Dock details: Dock is only available for sitting, standing, and/or fishing.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
