The condo was spacious, elegantly outfitted, and very clean. It was very generously stocked for a comfortable stay. A highlight of our time was the pool which is a very short walk from the front door, a perfect place to soak up the sun when relaxing. The local area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions to explore. We enjoyed a kayak tour and playing Pickleball in a local park.brbrWe had such an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! Stacey had literally everything we could have needed for our young family! The pack-n-play was great, it meant we didn’t have to fly with one! The older kids had a blast playing the old-school arcade game! The pool was perfect, and all the residents we ran into were so friendly! Such a safe neighborhood with so many things within walking distance! Stacey has a board on the wall with suggestions of things to do/places to eat in the area! It was great for us since we weren’t familiar with the area! We would 100% go back and look forward to the day we can! Thank you so much for all your accommodations! The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed you may not want to get out of and the guest bedroom has the same comfy new mattresses on the twin beds. brbrThe spacious living room comes with a couch that pulls out into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. There are two rocker recliners so comfortable, you may not make it to bed. It also has a large 65 Roku smart television where you can relax and stream your favorite shows after a busy day of vacationing. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart Roku TV. Roku provides free local stations and some movies.brbrA private, screened balcony offers a peaceful space for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A desk area is provided for those who just can't break away from work that long. Amenities included are WiFi, AC, a fitness room, pool and community room for activities. brbr The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking great meals. A large table seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast counter. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided so you can have your preference of coffee. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The unit also has its own washer and dryer for your convenience.brbrAll Bedding and Bath towels and beach towels are provided and incidentals of shampoo, rinse, bath soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste to get you started the first night, in case you forget your own. NO PETS ALLOWED. Bedding, linens & bath towels are all NEW, including the mattress covers on all the beds! brbrThe Porto Vista Community is a paradise of its own with beautiful landscaping, trees, and is well protected behind security gates. A large pool and sun deck are a great place to relax and make new friends. Don't forget to check out the gym, if you want to start working off those vacation pounds. brbrCape Harbour, a waterfront community with retail stores and restaurants is within walking distance. So are more great restaurants like, J & P Asian Fusion, Lobster Lady and of course don't miss the best ice cream at Cape Creamery.
