Our trash pickup is very early on Monday mornings so don't be alarmed if you see people in the driveway grabbing the trash cans and then bringing them back in the afternoon.brbrOur pool guy Tom has been cleaning the pool for 20+ years and is awesome. He tries to do it in between guests, but if we have back to back rentals for more than a week, he may drop in during the beginning of the week in the morning but he will only be around the pool and won't disturb anyone inside or asleep. brbrAlso, we only allow a maximum of 14 guests at a time, this includes day or night. An additional fee will be applied even if you ask for guests to stop by for daytime use of the house.

It includes a foosball table, a pool table, a 55 inch smart TV, and couch seating. From the front door to the left, you’ll find the dining room, the kitchen, which opens up to a large sunny living room with a 55 inch smart TV, couch seating, an office area, and three sets of French doors with access to the east, west, and north-facing patios. From the north and east-facing French doors you will access the patio and pool areas. Also on the ground level floor are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry room.brbrAs you walk up the staircase, there is access on the right to the rooftop deck. Also, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The master suite features a panoramic view of the skyline, cityscape, and ocean.
