With amenities like access to the coveted NPOA Recreation Center (with a fee collected there only if you use it) which has a full fitness room, 3 heated pools (the lap pool stays open year round), 3 oversized hot tub spas, splash pad for the kids, bocce ball, tennis & pickleball courts, an outside grassy area and shaded areas to relax near the pool, and more. In the condo, the cozy bedroom and spacious couch with open concept dining and kitchen areas provides a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Tahoe and Northstar.
