This has historical signifigance as the Women's Wyethia Garden Club in the early 1900s, with a big beautiful meeting room, a kitchen and bathroom that over the years has been remodeled and added on to. The upstairs entry level still has the large beautiful room with a gas fireplace, a surround sound stereo system and flat screen television. The dining area is located in this large room as well. The kitchen looks into the living/dining area and has full service dish ware and appliances. The back deck looks down onto the Truckee River and has access to the lower level and yard. Walking into this large room from what looks like a small front entry is truly breathtaking.
