Stayed Sep 18, 2025Great property for a group. There were six of us, so we each had our own bed, and five of us had our bedroom. Having three and 1/2 bathrooms was very nice. The common area space was terrific. Big enough for everyone to lounge on the comfortable couches. Large coffee table was perfect for a puzzle. The large dining tables, both inside and out on the deck, had plenty of room for meals and games. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and going for walks in the beautiful neighborhood. There was room for 4 cars to park, which was very helpful for us. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The host was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with, and he responded very quickly when I had a question. We would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025A great location. The house was clean and perfect for a large group. The driveway is a little steep and I had to remove a large section of ice so my van could make it to the top. Other than that, it was a great experience. Adults & kids all had a blast. I had a question about the fireplace & the owner was very quick to respond.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024I and six family members stayed three nights in this wonderful mountain home for a family reunion. It was super comfortable, in a beautiful setting, and large enough for other family members to join us for a family dinner. And although you'd swear you were deep in the mountains, it's actually less than 10 minutes to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and highways to Reno or Lake Tahoe.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Ample capacity with plenty of beds and attached baths. Kitchen could have additional items like an air fryer and better blender. Overall a great place close to Donner lake and central Truckee.

Stayed Oct 6, 2022The house is in a convenient location close to sights. It should note for those of us of a certain age that the steps are quite steep. Also while it is stated that it is wifi chrome and smart it should also state that only streaming works with the TV's. We were never able to find the adjustment for the heat and air but the managers were able to perform that remotely. All in all even though there were a few chanllenges it worked out.

He was quick to respond, the cleanliness of the place was the best we have experienced, well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay convenient, beautifully decorated, spacious, beds are super comfortable. Perfect all around! My family & I were able to create many wonderful memories.
