We are excited to announce that Will Rogers State Beach just received an A rating for water quality from Heal the Bay. This charming bungalow is perfect for couples or families with 2 children. Two Bedrooms, two bathrooms, a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two twins in the 2nd Bedroom. We are happy to accommodate 5 people as long as one is a small child that can use a pack and play. House features include complete privacy behind beautiful Redwood Fence and Gate. There is a spacious Indoor/Outdoor Room for entertaining and relaxing. Other features include Free Wi-Fi High Speed Internet connectivity, DirectTV, all new Stainless Steel appliances, 50' LED Flat screen HD television, beautiful floor to ceiling brick gas Fireplace in the Living Room, a four person Jacuzzi Hot Tub and mini ping pong table for the kids. Parking is provided for one car on the property as well as ample street parking. brbrThe Heart House does not have central air conditioning. We do have a portable unit that we can set up for you. It will cool the master bedroom down but not the whole house. Because we are located so close to the beach we rarely even need it. All the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans that do a wonderful job cooling the rooms. brSeven restaurants are easily accessible within a 2 minute walk, as well as a small market and liquor store.brNo keys to deal with or lose during your stay. Both the Front Gate and Front Door to the house is controlled by an Electronic Door lock and both use the same pass-code, for your convenience!
