Beautiful Large Studio With a Private Bathroom In The Heart of Santa Monica

We will definitely return when we return to LA. Relaxing, quiet, comfortable and clean. The host checked in during the visit to make sure our visit was going smoothly.

Relaxing rooms with thoughtful details, lots of space (studio plus bath). Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Had everything I needed, including space to write. Would return in a heartbeat. Host is very helpful.

Our stay at Aviva’s place in Santa Monica was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Aviva was a fantastic host—kind, attentive, and always quick to respond. The location was perfect, close to the beach, great restaurants, and shops. We truly felt at home and would love to come back. Wonderful place!

The pool was great! Host was accommodating and filled up water for the fridge every day. Walkable location to Brentwood and Santa Monica. Felt very safe and secure.

My Wife and I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Aviva’s beautiful rental. Pictures don’t do it justice, large living area, bathroom and so much storage space made it easy to unpack. The outdoor patio was my favorite, spent most of our time while at the unit enjoying the outside. Seating in the shade or sun, whatever you wanted. Add in how quiet it was made returning each day a great place to relax. Very nice neighborhood Would definitely recommend

This is my second stay--the property is private, relaxing, and very comfortable. The studio is quite large and has everything a person could need. There is a large desk which is perfect for the business traveler and it is very quiet so getting a good night's sleep is easy. I cannot recommend this location more highly. I have already booked by stay for next summer.

The property is beautiful, the host lovely, and the location is highly walkable. Easy stroll to Montana shops, catch the Big Blue bus just down the street, and easy drives to the beach,Westwood, and the Getty museum. The room was beautifully appointed with comfy bedding, office desk and chair, books, small table/chairs to dine on and gorgeous artwork. The bathroom was a luxury with a large tub, shower and an expansive sink area. With a microwave, mini fridge and coffee/tea amenities, we had what we needed to get the day going and store and heat up some breakfast/lunch items - perfect for our needs. Lastly, access to the patio/gym was a huge bonus. Thank You!

We loved Aviva’s studio. Comfortable bed, stylish space in a calm and well located neighborhood, it had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Aviva was an excellent communicator. Her home is lovely and very peaceful. The neighborhood is walkable and beautiful.

We were in town to see our daughter perform in USC's opera and needed a place to stay for just a few nights. This place was great. Very comfortable, spacious, clean. The room could use another comfortable sitting chair. The bed was a bit too firm for us but we made do. The bathroom was great! The shower is a bit small, but nice. Our daughter visited and used the tub (since her tiny apartment doesn't have one), and loved it. Aviva, our host, was wonderful! The backyard/pool area was very relaxing. We got to watch a hummingbird building its nest. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it, but we weren't there to swim. The small gym in the pool house was nice.

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed the accommodations and neighborhood. The host was communicative and made sure we had what we needed. We appreciated the espresso, water, and fruit. We’d love to come back when it’s warmer and utilize the pool! Overall, this was a very nice stay and will recommend to friends and family

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, and were excellent about communicating check-in instructions, parking, and how to checkout. It was a beautiful property, and was very clean upon our arrival. Overall, we really loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the LA/Santa Monica area.

The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and cafes, yet still a peaceful and relaxing retreat. This Vrbo is in a perfect location in west LA. The unit was very clean and the bed so comfy! Aviva was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the duration of the stay. If I need a place to stay in west LA again I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment connected to a lovely home in Santa Monica. Very comfortable in every way. Large modern bath & very comfortable king bed. The host, Aviva, has thought of everything you might need for a short stay. Fun to walk around the beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Quiet and pleasant

Super place, close to all things on the west side of town.

A lovely room with comfy bed, small fridge and microwave. Seperate area with wardrobe and bathroom facilities. Pool (too cold for us) and gym available. Great for easy access to pacific coast national parks, beach and shopping. 30 mins to Universal and Griffith observatory. Glad we stayed here

The guest house we stayed in was ok, but not outstanding. The overhead lighting in the bathroom where the sink is was very poor. The lighting fixture needs to be replaced with another overhead lighting fixture. There was no comfortable seating in the living room. There was a wicker chair with a cushion and a desk chair that you keep sliding off of. There were two book cases with books, but instead of the book cases my wife and I would have preferred a love seat so we could watch T.V. together and be more comfortable. The guest house was very clean and the host, or owner of the property, was very nice and easy to talk to.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at Aviva’s place. It is safe and cosy and within walking distance to many shops. I would highly recommend and stay again.
