Nice home, has some history, very livable. Best for a family with Mom/Dad in main bedroom and kids in other.

Beautiful historic home with a beautiful yard in a fantastic location! So much to do within walking distance. Everything was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Host Devon was very friendly and accessible. We would love to stay here again when visiting Santa Monica!

Very clean and comfortable stay! Really appreciated having parking especially since we had a few rare, very rainy days. Loved learning a bit about the history of the home and that it has stayed in the same family since it was built; sadly that feature is too rare in Los Angeles. Very close to the Santa Monica UCLA hospital campus which was exactly what we needed. Loads of great shops & restaurants in the Ocean Park neighborhood & close to great options in Venice, as well. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Safe, quiet location. Driveway guarantees a parking spot for your rental vehicle. We enjoyed having a private outdoor space in the backyard, multiple living spaces, full kitchen, TV room in the back, and being a short walk away from Main Street and the beach. Owner is responsive and friendly. We will return, and recommend the home to you as well!

Wonderful, historic little house in a perfect Santa Monica location, close to the beach and shops & restaurants, yet quiet area. Host was responsive and clear about check in/out. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location only a few blocks from the beach. Amply parking which is important when this close to the beach. The house was a good size and the yard was really nice with usable private backyard area.

We traveled from the UK & stayed here for 6 nights (2 adults, 3 older teens). The property was perfect - clean, brilliantly located only 3 blocks from Santa Monica beach, well equipped & spacious. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood, and my husband & I went on daily morning runs along the beachfront from the house - it’s pretty much 1 mile from the house to Santa Monica Pier. We hired a car and drove from the house to Marina del Rey, Venice, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, The Grove shopping centre, Griffith Observatory & the Citadel Outlets. Locally, we loved Santa Monica, the pier was great fun, Main Street is lovely, great local eateries. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house, it’s brilliant & we were sad to leave - we could’ve spent a lot longer here.

A very comfortable house well stocked with what you need. Took a minute to figure out the TV, but we got it working. Cozy house, safe neighborhood. Nice backyard area.

We loved our 4 night stay. Property was exactly as listed and our 3 kids fit perfectly. Kitchen is fantastic and stocked very well. Gardens were immaculate and beautiful to view. Location felt very safe and it was so quiet at night. The kids loved the beach supplies and we swam every day. Oh and the laundry set up was fantastic for traveling families. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous location, exactly as advertised, and lovely home. My friends and I enjoyed all that Santa Monica had to offer and were within walking distance to everything. The home is simply beautiful with modern amenities while maintaining the historic features. The lush backyard garden was the perfect relaxation spot. Our host Devon was very easy to communicate with and we hope to return again another time.

Fantastic location for the beach but easy to get further afield too (we went to Universal). Well equipped little home with lots of gear to take down to the beach for all ages.
