This is a beautiful bright 3 bedrooms, 2 bath apartment in the heart of the charming quaint Marina area, located one block from the Palace of Fine Arts, St Francis Yacht Club, Crissy Field Beach (famous for windsurfing). Walking distance to Golden Gate Bridge, Fort Point, Presidio Park, Fort Mason, Ghirardelli Square, little Italy, Russian Hill, Union Square & Fisherman's wharf. Beautiful trails along the beach & parks. This is known to be one of the absolute best, beautiful neighborhood in the city. The home has views of the Palace of Fine Art's Dome, beautiful Mediterranean homes and Eastern views of San Francisco's skyline. There is a shared garden and roof deck with fabulous 360 degree views of the city, the water and the Golden Gate Bridge. There is a large deck in the rear of the apartment overlooking tall pine trees and East City views. The entrance to the building is handicapped accessible with an elevator that brings you straight into the unit, located on the 2nd floor. This modern, elegant home is welcoming, cozy, artistically decorated, art throughout and fully furnished. It has hardwood floors and central heating. The kitchen has a gorgeous marble top and is open to the dining/ living room area. There is lots of sunshine throughout all the rooms. brThe bedrooms are very quiet and cozy. They both have comfortable queen size beds, TV, sheets and towels and large bay windows facing east. The guest bedroom has closet with chess of drawers and a detached guest bathroom with tub and shower. brThe 3rd smaller bedroom has a full size bed and overlooks same patio as master bedroom. There is minimum storage for guest. brThe master bedroom has a closet with private bathroom, tub and shower. It has a large window and sliding glass door which opens out to a wonderful large sunny patio with plants and view of tall trees and some city scape. This Patio is shared with the 3rd bedroom.brEach bedroom accommodates up to 2 people. Check out is 10 am but I am flexible for a later check out, at 1pm as long as there are no new guests checking in right after. brWIFI is included. brGuests have to pay additional for cable TV on demand. brPlease light cooking. Few blocks away are the buzzing Chestnut and Union Streets, fun friendly shopping areas filled with small family operated cafes, restaurants, bars, delis, market, banks, pharmacies, boutiques, theaters and bus stops for transportation all over the city.brGetting around below the home, There's the Muni bus stop that will take you straight to Union Square going through and close to the areas of Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower, Little Italy, China Town, South of Market area, Soma Museum, Yerba Buena Center of the Arts and main train station. Besides the muni buses, the Taxis, Uber or Lift are also great way to get around the city and across the bridges. The bus system is great and affordable. It costs approximately $3 for a 3 hour window which can take you all over the city. The cable cars are close by and are a good way to visit famous Ghirardelli, Nob Hill area, the Buena Vista bar famous for their Irish coffee and Union Square. Two full bathrooms, including a original Victorian claw foot bath tub downstairs ,and large, custom master bathroom upstairs. A large, deck with great morning sun is directly adjoining the gourmet kitchen (with 6 burner, commercial, Wolf stove). Upstairs, adjoining the master bedroom is a private deck with city views and cozy den area with TV and seperate third bedroom. Guests will enjoy the large living rooms with beautiful original wood work, large, seperate, dining room with 8 person table ideal for meetings and meals. Esprit Park and the new, Crane Cove Park on the waterfront are short walks from the house!br There is no off St. parking available. Muni and Cal Train stations are a 5 minute walk from the house!
