Stayed Jul 1, 2025We had a very positive experience with our stay at Axion Hotel. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, but Cole was especially helpful and such a delightful and hard-working young man. He parked our car and helped us with our luggage, but more importantly, he had such a friendly and polite manner every time we interacted with him. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It's right down town with easy access to all public transportation. The cable cars and subway are right next to the hotel. The staff were very helpful; they made check-in super easy. We had a delightful time in San Francisco, and staying at the Axion certainly contributed to this in a big way. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Brian at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating to me. However, the room itself was terrible. The only lighting came from above the bed. There was no lighting by the front door so you walked in to darkness. The bathroom lighting was so dim I had to sit facing the window with a small mirror to do my makeup. Finally, and worst of all, a shooting took place outside of my window! While I realize the hotel cannot prevent this, they did nothing to alert the guests that there would be police activity and that everything was under control. I will never stay here again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Mother daughter trip-GREAT location in SFC! Cable car right there. Great coffee shop/bar-lovely decor; comfy bed, super friendly staff, very accommodating and fun. Definitely recommend!!
