We recommend you use an additional person as a `spotter`. We are not responsible for any damages to vehicles parked in the garage or surrounding streets. Guests are responsible for any damage done to the garage or building while parking.brbrFor your convenience, there is a shared laundry room with one washer and one dryer available for guests use. The laundry room is on property and the machines are free to use. They are available on a first come, first serve basis.
