The first being, that we are near the airport flight path and there will be considerable plane noise throughout the day. By law, the planes must stop running after 10pm, but there have been rare occasions that a plane will fly over anyway and pay the fine. Most people who stay here say they get used to it fairly quickly but if you are sensitive to noise or just looking for a quiet space, alas, this is not for you.brbrSecondly, off-street parking is not available. There is free street parking but understand that being a block from the beach can sometimes make it difficult. In the daytime, it's usually easy to find parking right out front, but as it gets later toward the evening, when people start coming home from work, it becomes more difficult. You'll always find a space, but you might need to widen your search perimeter.
