You can see the ocean from our home, but it is high above it to avoid having to deal with crowds.brbrYou can access the property by an individually provided key code. brbrThe main house consists of a master bedroom upstairs with full bathroom and king size bed and beautiful views. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a queen bed. Both have views of the side yard garden. A fourth bedroom with two twin and a pull-out ottoman bed with views of the pool. The pool house is a separate structure with a queen sofa sleeper and a full size loft bed. We can also provide pack n plays, umbrella strollers and highchairs so please let the owners know if you need these complementary items.brbrThere is a large living room with a 50-inch flat screen TV and enough seating for 16 people and a fully stocked kitchen with a large family style table. brbrThere are two spaces in our driveway and three spaces in front of the house for a total of 5 spaces for your personal use. San Diego does have a good trolley, but for our area we recommend renting a car or taking an Uber/Lift. We can provide information on a car service if needed. Our neighborhood provides some beautiful walks with views.brbrThe main house has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a beautiful master on the second floor. The pool house has a loft bed, a queen sofa, a sleeper, a kitchenette, and full bath, and a shower. Please inquire with the host if you would like to add the pool house. Our home is pet friendly but please inquire with the hosts as some are not allowed by the home insurance.

The unit spans the first and second floors of this stylish home, mere yards away from the beach and bay. Amenities include air conditioning, 2-car tandem garage, yard, comfortable beds, all the kitchen/bath essentials, WiFi, and Netflix. Take a look at our video on You Tube. (Search for Mission Beach Moroccan Rental.)brbrThe living room features a super-comfortable couch, large enough for your entire group, and a folding glass wall that opens to a yard with a fountain and dining/patio set. The kitchen has a stunning marble island that seats 8 people. All bedrooms have smart TVs. brbrThe unit you will be staying in is Unit A, which is a two-story unit of a duplex. We (the owners) live in Unit B, which is a completely separate unit with its own entry. There are no shared living spaces.brbrThis lovely Moroccan-inspired home is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the bay. We include beach towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys and an outdoor shower so you have everything you need to enjoy Mission Beach. brbrThe downstairs (with the living and dining area, bedroom and bathroom) is wheelchair friendly, with a roll-in shower, roll-sinks, 36 doors, etc. Please let us know in advance if a wheelchair will be used during stay so we can ensure access ramps are in place. Bike, surfboard, and scooter rentals are within easy walking distance. brbrATTENTION: This home is in a high-density neighborhood and is only appropriate for quieter groups.
