One of the queen-sized bedrooms also features a smart 43-inch TV. The spacious living room comes equipped with a large smart TV and a cozy pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Located just 25 yards from the bay side of Mission Beach and 100 yards from the Mission Beach Boardwalk on the Pacific Ocean, this cozy home offers the perfect getaway for a comfortable stay.brbrWe provide guests with high-quality hotel towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking at this apartment and fines will be issued for violating these rules. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.br There are Rig cameras (Recording Devices) for your safety located outside the units and recording 24/7. This is for your safety and the safety of others.brbrHaving a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can walk to everything in Mission Beach/Pacific Beach from this Apartment. There is also scooter/bike rentals everywhere in Mission Beach. The Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance. I would also recommend parking your car and using UBER/Lyft to get around or just walk as everything you need is within walking distance from this unit. We do have a small One car Garage that fits a small/medium car.brbrbrThe bedding for the sofa bed, including sheets, blankets, and pillows, can be found inside the storage box of the sofa bed. Outside there is a large drive with parking for two cars and a private, quite, south-facing back yard to enjoy the sun.
