Stepping into Surf to Skyline, a stunning two-level modern home designed for relaxation and entertainment. The spacious main living area features a large, cozy sectional sofa, soaring ceilings, and an 80-inch Smart TV paired with a Bose Bluetooth sound system for an immersive movie night or game-day experience. A retro touch awaits with a 1980s vintage video game console, perfect for nostalgic fun. Wall to wall glass windows open to breathtaking views of San Diego and Lake Murray, creating the ultimate backdrop for your stay.

Designed with comfort, space, and entertainment in mind, every bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV, and all bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Guests have access to the whole home and private backyard pool & jacuzzi.

Our house is equipped with a code lock, no physical key is required during your stay. Your code will be sent to you the day prior to check in.

There is ample parking with no assignments and additional street parking. Please adhere to all posted signs



Surf to Skyline Pool Rules & Liability Disclaimer



WARNING: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

For your safety and the safety of others, please read and follow all pool rules. By using the pool, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:



No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.



No diving is allowed — serious injury or death may occur.



No fence or barrier surrounds the pool area.



Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.



No running, horseplay, or roughhousing in or around the pool.



No glass containers in or near the pool area.



No pets allowed in the pool.



Do not use the pool while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.



Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children and guests.



Use of the pool constitutes acceptance of these terms.



By entering the pool area, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. The property owners, hosts, and management are not liable for any harm resulting from the use of the pool or surrounding areas.



Parking: There is no unit assigned parking- take any available space (limited to two vehicles). No permit is required during your stay.



NO SMOKING anywhere inside the home. Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation fee.



NO Unauthorized PARTIES or EVENTS. Noise disturbances will be fined $200 per occurrence.



NO pets allowed. Any evidence will result in a $500 remediation fee.
