Master bath features a new vanity with double sinks and white quartz counter tops and separate stall shower and water closet. Two more guest rooms are in the west wing. Hall bath with a tub/shower combo features all new tile, cabinets, mirrors, commode, and white quartz counter tops. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Fourth bedroom on the opposite side of the house has a full sized, memory foam pull-out mattress and doubles as an office. Indoor laundry located next to the kitchen. Single car garage. No amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time per Palm Springs’ ordinance. Guests may be charged a minimum $500.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. br• Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 3:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 5:00 P.M. br• Guest should be aware that pools and surrounding patios can be dangerous. NO DIVING. NO GLASSWARE is permitted in the pool area. No running around the pool area. br• No parties. br• Please do not sit on any indoor furniture in wet swimsuits or with sunscreen on. br• The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss/damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
