Relax @ Biarritz - Downtown Palm Springs - Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis, Mountain Views

I loved my stay here at the Biarritz! The property was very clean and up to date. The owner is awesome and helped accommodate to my benefit. There is a grocery store in walking distance, along with the downtown strip a few blocks away. When visiting Palm Springs this is where you want to stay.

Very quiet apartment and comfy King bed meant we had exceptional sleeps! Pool area in the middle of the apartments was a calm oasis...in the sun all day. Condo itself is exceptionally clean and has every possible amenity. 5 minute walk to heart of downtown PS shopping and dining district. Safe, enclosed parking and apartments. We would stay here again! Highly recommend.

Sarah’s condo is great! Modern, clean, and well stocked. The pool area is very nice, we enjoyed the spa! Sarah is a great communicator with quick responses. Easy walk to the downtown area. Hope to stay at Sarah’s place again!

Super clean and well equipped. The manager was easy to communicate with and very accessible. Comfy bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will for sure stay here again.

Great proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Updated and stylish interior decor. Enjoyed the pool and relaxing patio time. We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was perfect and so well-maintained. It was truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It had everything we could need including all the essentials you often have to run out and buy. The kitchen was fully stocked, the linens were fresh, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Host Sara was so welcoming and communicative and provided us restaurant and golf recos.The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the mountains and just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, making it super easy to get to restaurants, shops, and all the local spots.We loved our stay and would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend!

This clean and comfortable condo was perfect for walking to downtown. The pool was clean and spacious, the bed supremely comfortable, and the host responsive.

The location is idea for strolling to the main strip with bars, restaurants, etc. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean with a very functional kitchen and 2 balcony's to chose from. Secure parking, app-based laundry and the pool area are all great add-ons too.The host was very proactive and friendly. All around, a great stay.

The place was exactly as stated. It was clean, neat, well organized and had everything you needed. It’s in a perfect location for walking downtown. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation were great and had everything we needed. The pool was nice. We were in walking distance to all the downtown hot spots. Building on the outside is a little dated, but who cares? Everything was great!

First time back to Palm Springs in 12 years and wanted to be close to downtown. Great bed, spotless modern unit, perfect amenities, and easy walk to so many wonderful things. Parking was secure and very convenient although we only needed our car for a few visits to neighboring communities. Ease of doing business with the host, Sarah, was such a pleasure. We highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was in a great place just blocks from the downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you need from coffee to pool towels. The back balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, upgraded appliances, comfy bed and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Sarah was great at communicating and such a big help with suggestions and available for anything needed. I would definitely return and tell my friends about this place!

Nice place and location!

Very well located. You can walk to most restaurants most of which are very good to excellent. The condo was well equipped (3 coffee makers! Nespresso, Keurig and drip). The only thing lacking was an ice maker and filtered water in the refrigerator.

Great location to downtown Palm Springs. Our apartment was well stocked, clean and up-to-date.. would definitely rent again.

It was a great location. Noisy on 2nd floor from people above and from road noise. The flat could use a better blind in living area to give light but privacy. Far too dark. No kettle, blunt knives. Otherwise very well equipped. It was seemed expensive in January as it was too cold to use the pool.

Loved it...just a few things to fix:• knives are dangerously dull• need hand soap in the bathroom• toilet is dripping in the tank when sitting on it...not sure what that is...• ice maker someday would be great!Thanks!

Comfortable stay and close to all the downtown attractions in Palm Springs.

Very nice unit; clean and new. Very well stocked (toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Manager very responsive. Beautiful pool.

Great for our 5 day stay in October. Pool& hot tub nice amenity. Sarah was awesome at communicating & wanting to be sure all was fine.
